If you already have your Cigna ID number, follow the instructions on page five of the Your Cigna Journey handout.

If you do not have your Cigna ID number, please call Cigna Envoy at 800-441-2668. Please be prepared to provide the following information to obtain assistance prior to receiving an ID card, including requesting an ID card or number:

  1. Member Social Security number (SSN). Please share that you are stating a social security number, so they know to modify their standard search criteria.
  2. Account number
  3. Customer date of birth (Member or dependent)
  4. List names of covered dependents

Important:

If Cigna Envoy asks for an employer name, please re-direct them to search by account number.

To file an international claim with Cigna Healthcare International, complete the claim form via one of the following options:

Tips to speed up claims processing:
Be sure to complete the claim form entirely. Provide a diagnosis or explanation of treatment on the claim form. State how and where you want reimbursement issued. Email or fax claim form and bills instead of mailing it. Save the original copies of your bills, receipts and claim form.

To register or access your GSFR personal online account, select “Register” and create a unique user ID and password. (RZ workers should use VPN.)

GSFR security parameters require two-factor authentication when logging in for the first time from a new device. This authentication requires a U.S. phone number that can be tied to your name (Google® Voice numbers often do not work). If you don’t have a U.S. phone number or have difficulty logging in, reach out to GSFR:
